Privacy Policy

This policy explains what StemSing (“we”) collects when you use the website and the StemSing apps, and how you control it. This is a template prepared for the owner; have it reviewed before store submission.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, avatar, plan and usage counters.
• Content you upload: audio files, separated stems, lyrics, covers, libraries, projects and recordings.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate country and security events (sign-ins, admin actions) kept in an audit log.
• Live Stage: your camera and microphone are streamed directly to other room participants (peer-to-peer or through our video provider). Streams are not stored unless the host records the performance.

How audio is processed

Stem separation and lyric alignment run on your own device inside the browser. Original files and results are stored in your private storage area.

Permissions

The apps ask for microphone (singing, scoring, Live Stage) and camera (Live Stage) access only when you use those features. You can revoke them in your device settings at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Content is visible to others only when you make a library public, share a song link or join a Live Stage room.

Retention and deletion

Guest songs are removed after 24 hours. You can delete your account and all its content at any time from Account → Delete account; deletion is immediate and permanent.
